All original content on Marmalade (excluding user-submitted work) is owned by Marmalade or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Artists and creators retain all rights to their respective images and content.

Joining the waitlist or applying as a seller may require submitting your name, email, or additional information. By doing so, you agree to receive updates from Marmalade. We will never sell your data.

Marmalade may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Any product featured is of a certain quality or value
• The artists or third-party platforms will perform as expected

Marmalade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marmalade and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or purchases made through linked creators.

Marmalade may list or promote third-party events (ex: markets, pop-ups, or fairs) where featured creators are participating. These events are not organized or managed by Marmalade. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of event details (location, time, participants)
• The nature or safety of the event
• That any specific seller will be present

Attendance at or participation in any event is at your own risk. Marmalade is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred at any third-party event.

While we aim to verify that featured creators produce handmade or hand-designed work, we do not and cannot guarantee that every product meets those standards. We rely on the information provided by the creators and conduct limited review processes.

If you encounter a misrepresented or fraudulent listing, we encourage you to report it to us. We may remove or suspend that creator’s content from Marmalade at our sole discretion. However, we are not liable for any product misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to meet handmade/hand-designed criteria.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to Marmalade for users or sellers who violate these Terms or act in a way that harms the community or platform integrity.
